The Baptist Women of First Baptist Church has 70 members. They meet once a month with the focus on local mission projects and prayer.
The program for the year includes Missions Week at Thanksgiving involving the entire church. During the week there are missionary speakers and a mission banquet on Sunday night. An offering is taken during the week and is allocated by the Missions/Ministry Team. There are also smaller programs the first Tuesday of each month. In September Baptist Women have their annual Prayer Retreat.
