Modern Vespers May 22

Modern Vespers will conclude this series, Wednesday, May 22 in the Chapel. There will be no Bible Study; instead we’ll have a Celebratory Modern Vespers Service marking last day of school and end of regular Wednesday evening programming.   This service includes contemporary Christian music and traditional elements like liturgy, art, poetry,  and communion.

 Girls Mission Recognition Service May 15

Following supper Wednesday, May 15, we’ll move into the Chapel to honor our children’s work and understanding of mission work throughout the year.  This is a very important event for these young ladies and we hope you will support them in the service.

 

Youth Senior Banquet

The youth of First Baptist will honor five of their own graduating seniors with a banquet, Saturday, May 18.  Rev. Scott Looney will be sending out information to all youth.
